LAU’s new campaign newsletter
LAU’s development teams in Lebanon and the United States have joined forces to produce a fresh new electronic newsletter that is designed to update the university’s constituents about the status of LAU’s first public comprehensive fundraising campaign, The Legacy and the Promise.
A preview of the e-newsletter.
The new publication, which will be produced four times a year during the remaining three-year life span of the campaign and distributed via email, is designed to keep LAU’s donors and friends regularly informed about campaign initiatives and activities, and to provide them with specific examples of how recent gifts to the university have been put into action. One of the goals of the publication is also to drive traffic to the campaign website.
The campaign e-newsletter is part of a three-pronged effort that also includes LAU Magazine and the campaign website to communicate more regularly and more effectively about the activities of The Legacy and the Promise. “The campaign has achieved remarkable success during its first two years and we’ve really come to a point where we need to start telling the world about that success and about how the campaign is helping to literally change the lives of our students and make LAU a better place for everyone,” said Greg Houle, LAU’s Advancement Communications Manager who is working alongside Samir Kadi, Robert Hollback and their teams to manage these communication activities.
The inaugural issue is scheduled to release at the end of the month.
